After many weekends of being otherwise occupied (not to mention being down for a week with pneumonia), I've finally been able to resume my restoration efforts. Soy-Strip works like a charm. Now I just need to order some more to finish the job. The cooler weather we've been having doesn't hurt either.

The Stripping Continues
After many weekends of being otherwise occupied (not to mention being down for a week with pneumonia), I've finally been able to resume my restoration efforts. Soy-Strip works like a charm. Due to the lack of updates I´m assuming your restoration project has come to an halt? Please tell me I´m wrong!

Between time and budget constraints, progress slowed over the winter and spring, and lately I've been contending with triple-digit temperatures. Stripping on the amas has been completed. Next step is to redo the fiberglass on the tops, but I really don't want to do that work in 100+ degree F temperatures.
